Job summary

Russell Tobin is seeking a Customer Support Representative in South Jordan, UT, to respond to calls about brokerage accounts, assist with Cash Management products, and help clients access their online accounts and mobile app.

The role begins with 4–5 weeks of fully remote training, transitioning after six months to a hybrid schedule in-office three days a week and two days remote, in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Our client, a leading financial services firm, is looking to hire a Customer Support Representative in South Jordan UT.

Pay Rate: $20.99 -21.99/hr.

Work Schedule:

• 4–5 weeks of fully remote training
• After 6 months, transition to a hybrid schedule of 3 days in-office and 2 days remote

Responsibilities:
