Our client, a leading financial services firm, is looking to hire a Finance Associate / Analyst in Utah.

Pay Rate Range: $24–$25/hr

Responsibilities

• Provide professional support to internal clients and business partners by responding to questions and requests.
• Build and maintain strong relationships through excellent customer service and communication.
• Handle incoming inquiries and provide accurate information regarding financial products, accounts, and processes.
• Research questions and resolve issues using internal systems, resources, and established procedures.
• Identify and elevate complex issues to the appropriate teams when additional research or support is needed.
• Process requests accurately and in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Manage multiple priorities while meeting team and department service goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established operational and compliance procedures.
• Quickly learn new systems, processes, and financial concepts and apply knowledge effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Approximately 1 year of relevant experience; internship experience can count toward this requirement.
• Strong interest in financial services and willingness to learn.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive professional relationships.
• Comfortable learning and working with multiple systems and resources.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Securities licensing, such as Series 7, is preferred but not required.
