Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates
• Partner with clients to fill urgent positions
• Connect clients with qualified candidates to achieve successful placements
• Proficiently use recruiting tools and materials
• Call, qualify, screen, and prepare candidates and clients for interviews
• Assist in the negotiation of job offers and conduct reference checks

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High outbound activity to source clients and candidates
• Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone
