Location: Remote East Coast Hours (Preferred Rochester, NY, Charlotte NC, Southwest Florida)

Position Overview:

The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and placing top-tier candidates with our clients. This is a high-impact role for someone who is self-driven, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, independent work environment. Prior healthcare recruiting experience is a strong plus.

This role requires strategic candidate sourcing capabilities, the ability to creatively build pipelines across multiple disciplines, and the agility to pivot seamlessly between roles in various industries and functions.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively source, screen, and qualify candidates across multiple industries, with an emphasis on healthcare roles as needed
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract both active and passive candidates
• Manage the full recruiting cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and clients, providing an exceptional experience at every stage
• Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including databases, job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate interview scheduling
• Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Work independently without the need for constant oversight, managing your desk like your own business
• Stay informed of industry trends and market dynamics to better serve clients and candidates

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of professional recruiting experience required (agency or corporate)
• Experience recruiting in the healthcare domain is a plus
• Demonstrated success sourcing and placing candidates across multiple industries and functions
• Proven ability to pivot quickly between diverse role types based on client needs
• Strong sourcing skills and experience using LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Goal-oriented with a passion for delivering results
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM platforms preferred
