• Strong experience running a full 360 desk (client development + candidate recruitment)
• Focused within healthcare verticals — clinical, non-clinical, or allied healthcare welcome!
• Motivated by building relationships, making placements, and growing your own book of business
• Independent, resourceful, and ready to thrive without red tape

What You'll Do:

• Develop and nurture new client relationships within the healthcare sector
• Source, screen, and place healthcare professionals into contract and permanent roles
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle — from lead generation to offer acceptance
• Own your desk and drive your success, with full autonomy and unlimited earning potential
