One Inc in the United States is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle client inquiries, escalations, and basic troubleshooting. This entry‑level role supports insureds, service providers, and adjusters while working remotely during 11:00 AM–8:00 PM EST.

You will maintain records of customer interactions, respond promptly, and coordinate with colleagues across channels (phone, email, chat) to resolve issues and exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• Call center experience preferred.
• Insurance experience preferred.
• Payments processing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers, always.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
