Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of client-facing experience in service, sales, or relationships.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a financial institution preferred.
• Experience educating clients on products and services in a consultative manner.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise, and meet deadlines.
• Sound judgment and problem-solving in client interactions.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools.
• Ability to complete required job-related training on hire.
• Must obtain and maintain active NMLS registration as required.
• Notary license preferred or ability to obtain.

• Handles mortgage inquiries and referrals for mortgage solutions.
• Complies with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
