The role emphasizes building personal connections, meeting branch targets, and collaborating with teammates while adhering to bank policies and regulatory requirements.Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to handle cash and process transactions.
• Effective communication in person, on the phone and through electronic channels.
• Willingness to work Saturdays as needed.
• Basic computer skills and sustained attention to a monitor.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience on the cash line and on the phone.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments and other teller transactions.
• Develop relationships and stay informed about the customer’s banking needs.
• Educate customers on digital banking options.
• Assist team and refer complex needs to specialists when needed.
• Follow bank processes, policies and applicable laws and regulations.
• Help meet branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions solutions.
• May conduct outbound calls to educate customers on technology and banking needs.
