Job summary

Brooksource Recruiter in Cincinnati is seeking a dynamic professional to build talent networks and cultivate long-lasting relationships with consultants and clients. You will source and screen candidates, partnering with the sales team to match opportunities with top talent.

You’ll advocate for candidates, provide resume coaching, and guide interview preparation while maintaining a rapid pace and high standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our sales team to determine the client’s hiring needs.
• Help develop a strategy to identify niche-skilled candidates that meet expectations.
• Qualify candidates through an intensive internal interview process before presenting to clients (phone, in-person, virtual).
• Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best fit open positions.
• Provide resume coaching, mock interviewing, job offer assistance, and interview feedback to candidates.
• Handle a variety of daily activities and adapt to new problems and ventures.
• Provide onboarding and post-placement support to consultants.
• Consistently hit weekly metrics of calls, interviews, and placements.
• Set personal and team goals with your manager and recruiter support.
• All other duties as assigned by the Company.
