Job summary

Brooksource is seeking a recruiter to build talent networks and partner with sales to meet client hiring needs. You will screen candidates through phone, in-person, and virtual interviews, coach resumes, and help guide candidates through the interview process to fit opportunities.

You’ll own metrics for calls, interviews, and placements, set goals with your manager, and provide onboarding and post-placement support to ensure satisfied consultants and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our sales team to determine the client’s hiring needs.
• Help develop a strategy to identify niche-skilled candidates that meet expectations.
• Qualify candidates through an intensive internal interview process before presenting to external clients (phone, in-person, and virtual).
• Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best fit open positions.
• Provide resume coaching, mock interviewing, job offer assistance, and interview feedback to candidates.
• Handle a variety of activities daily and tackle new problems and ventures.
• Provide onboarding and post-placement support to create raving fans in our consultants.
• Consistently hit weekly metrics of calls, interviews, and placements.
• Set personal and team goals through regular sessions with your manager and recruiter support.
• All other duties as assigned by the Company.
