Responsibilities

• Build talent networks of potential consultants and match them with opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales to determine client hiring needs.
• Qualify candidates through internal interviews including phone, in-person, and virtual.Assess knowledge, skills, and experience for open positions.
• Provide resume coaching, mock interviews, and interview feedback.
• Deliver onboarding support to candidates during assignments.
• Hit weekly metrics for calls, interviews, and placements.
• Set goals with manager and recruiter support.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
