Brooksource in Detroit is seeking a dynamic Recruiter to build talent networks and place qualified consultants with Fortune 500 clients. You will source and screen candidates, coach on resumes and interviews, and support consultants from onboarding through placement.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
• Ability to identify niche-skilled candidates and develop sourcing strategies.
• Experience evaluating candidates through multiple interview formats (phone, in-person, virtual).
• Comfort with fast-paced, target-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to determine the client’s hiring needs.
• Develop strategies to identify niche-skilled candidates that meet expectations.
• Qualify candidates through internal interviews before presenting to clients (phone, in-person, virtual).
• Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to fit open positions.
• Provide resume coaching, mock interviewing, and interview feedback to candidates.
• Onboard and provide post-placement support to consultants.
