Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to determine the client’s hiring needs.
• Identify niche-skilled candidates and develop a strategy to meet expectations.
• Qualify candidates through an intensive interview process (phone, in-person, virtual).
• Assess candidates' knowledge, skills, and experience for open positions.
• Provide resume coaching, mock interviewing, and interview feedback to candidates.
• Handle a variety of daily activities and challenges.
