Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Internship, leadership, athletics, or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a network of top professionals through sourcing and outreach.
• Partner with the sales team to understand client hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates through phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
• Match candidates with opportunities that fit their experience and goals.
• Coach candidates through resume guidance, interview prep, and offer negotiations.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and manage communication through the hiring process.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing support to consultants throughout assignments.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Consistently achieve recruiting activity and placement goals.
