Brooksource is seeking a results-driven Recruiter to connect top technology and engineering professionals with opportunities at leading organizations. You will build lasting relationships with candidates, partner closely with our sales team, and deliver an exceptional recruiting experience from sourcing to onboarding.

You will source, screen, interview, and coach candidates while aligning their goals with client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience recruiting in technology or engineering preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a network of top professionals through sourcing, networking, and relationship-building.
• Partner with the sales team to understand client hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates through phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
• Match candidates with opportunities that align with their experience, skills, and career goals.
• Coach candidates through the interview process, including resume guidance and offer negotiations.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and manage communication throughout the hiring process.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing support to consultants throughout their assignments.
