Total Quality Logistics is hiring a Recruiter in Charleston, SC to own the candidate search process from sourcing through offers. You will work with an on-site hiring manager and drive results in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

No experience is required; we provide a best-in-class paid training program to set you up for success. Base salary starts at $45,000 with a $2,500 sign-on bonus and uncapped bonuses, plus a first-year average earnings of about $65,517.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
• Elite work ethic, 100% in-office.
• Ability to work with the latest technologies.

Aufgaben

• Cultivate relationships and maintain communication with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with the best talent.
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through various sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone-screens and manage the interview process from sourcing to offer, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in Avature ATS.
