Total Quality Logistics in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a motivated Recruiter to own the candidate search process and drive qualified talent to on-site hiring managers. You will build relationships, screen candidates, and manage the interview-to-offer cycle with a focus on results in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships and maintain communication with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with the best talent
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through a variety of sourcing methods
• Conduct phone-screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer, while ensuring candidates' initial onboarding experience is seamless
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in our Applicant Tracking System (Avature)
• Process paperwork regarding onboarding and dispositioning candidates with a high level of accuracy
