Total Quality Logistics in Charleston, SC is seeking an on-site Recruiter. You will own the end-to-end candidate search, liaise with the hiring manager, and drive rapid results through a structured training program for new graduates.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through various sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone-screens and manage the interview process from sourcing to offer.
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in Avature.
• Process onboarding paperwork with accuracy.
