Total Quality Logistics (TQL) in Charleston, WV is seeking a recruiter who will own the candidate search process from sourcing to offer, collaborating with an on-site hiring manager. Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and partners to fill roles with top talent.
• Generate high candidate flow using diverse sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone screens and manage interview processes from sourcing to offer.
• Document conversations, progress, offers and feedback in Avature.
• Handle onboarding paperwork with accuracy.
