Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
• Customer or sales focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruiting resources and networking to attract qualified employees for contract, contract to hire and direct placement.
• Screen contractors to ensure qualifications meet open positions (interviews, references, tests, background checks).
• Participate in networking activities such as career fairs and outreach to schools and organizations.
• Assist with internal and client reporting.
• Maintain documentation in Aerotek’s systems to track candidates and sourcing strategies.
• Utilize Aerotek resources for conflict resolution.
