Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Recruiter to identify and place candidates with our Fortune 500 clients. You will screen and interview applicants, coordinate interviews, and build relationships with industry contacts to generate referrals and sales leads.

We offer an hourly training period, with base salary and commission potential, plus benefits such as medical and 401k. After one year, base pay rises with ongoing performance incentives and future earning potential.

Qualifications

• Screen and interview qualified candidates.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with internal teams.
• Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools (resume databases, job postings, job boards, social media, networking events).

Responsibilities

• Impact candidates and customers by matching the right people to the right jobs.
• Partner with Account Manager to understand customer openings and deliver timely on needs.
• Coordinate, schedule and prepare candidates for interviews.
• Build relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and referrals.
