Job summary

Aerotek, a leading staffing company, is seeking an On Premise Recruiter to recruit for contract and direct placement roles in Richmond, VA. You will screen candidates, build recruiting networks, and support client reporting while leveraging Aerotek resources to resolve conflicts.

The role emphasizes creating sourcing strategies, coordinating with schools and organizations, and maintaining thorough documentation to drive hiring metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Customer or sales focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative recruiting resources and networking activities to attract qualified employees for contract, contract-to-hire and direct placement.
• Perform contractor screening to ensure qualifications meet open positions (interviews, reference checks, skills testing, background checks).
• Identify and attend networking activities such as career fairs and outreach to schools/orgs.
• Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
• Maintain documentation in online systems to track candidates and sourcing metrics.
• Utilize Aerotek resources for conflict resolution.
