Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) is recruiting for an entry-level Recruiter to support talent acquisition for DoD and commercial clients. You will participate in full-cycle recruiting, helping source, screen, and coordinate interviews while learning to use JobDiva (ATS) and ensuring compliance with process standards.

Qualifications

• Some prior recruiting experience or internships in recruiting.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• Interest in technical skills (engineering, IT, technicians) and cleared recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with qualifying job requisitions and clarifying requirements with hiring managers.
• Support full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
• Learn and use job boards, referrals, and networking to find candidates.
• Use JobDiva (ATS) to manage workflow and maintain compliance.
• Meet performance expectations with guidance and support.
• Deliver a professional candidate experience that reflects the company's values.
