Job summary

Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) is recruiting for an entry-level Recruiter to support talent acquisition for DoD and commercial clients. You will participate in full-cycle recruiting, helping source, screen, and coordinate interviews while learning to use JobDiva (ATS) and ensuring compliance with process standards.

Qualifications

Opportunity Summary

Ideal Education & Experience

• Some prior recruiting experience and can include internships or related coursework
• Bachelor's degree

Physical Demands and Expectations

• Ability to use phone and computer systems, copier, fax and other office equipment.
