Job summary

ERG seeks a Recruiter to join our recruiting team and manage full lifecycle recruiting for technical, engineering, facilities, and professional roles. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source candidates, screen, interview, and extend offers.

The position is fully remote with a preference for candidates in the Washington, DC area to support in-person collaboration across the region. Candidates must hold or be able to obtain a DoD Secret clearance and be a U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent recruiting experience.
• 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, facilities, or similar roles.
• Ability to source passive candidates and build talent pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-lifecycle recruiting for technical, engineering, facilities, and professional positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networks, referrals, and more.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with all stakeholders throughout the process.
• Maintain ATS records and provide market insights to hiring managers.
• Ensure positive candidate experience and participate in recruiting improvements.
