Job summary
CHAOS Industries is actively seeking a seasoned Executive Recruiter to identify, engage, and close top leadership talent for our defense-technology focused organization. You will partner with the executive team, hiring managers, and stakeholders to build robust pipelines for senior leadership, including VP and C-suite roles.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of executive/leadership-level search experience in aerospace/defense or fast-paced tech environments.
- Proven track record of closing senior leadership and C-suite hires (VPs and above).
- Experience partnering with CEOs, founders, and senior stakeholders on critical hires.
Responsibilities
- Partner with executives and hiring managers to define leadership requirements and strategy.
- Develop and execute search strategies for senior roles using market mapping and targeted outreach.
- Identify and engage passive candidates through sophisticated sourcing techniques.
- Manage full-cycle executive searches from assessment to offer negotiation.
- Provide market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and strategy guidance to leadership.
