Notre Dame is seeking a results-driven Recruiter to identify qualified candidates, screen and interview, and partner with Account Managers to target key accounts and markets. You will build relationships with industry contacts, support customer-service activities, and contribute to community volunteering initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $45,000 with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission after the hourly training period
• Raise to $55,000 base salary upon one year of employment

Projected Recruiter Earnings:

• Year 1: $50,000
• Year 2: $76,000

Projected Sales Manager Earnings:
