Cognitioworld is seeking a motivated recruiter in Minnesota to source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and work with Account Managers to pinpoint top accounts and skills. Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $45,000 after training period, with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission.
• Base salary increases to $55,000 after one year, with continued commission and performance-based incentives.
• Projected earnings: Year 1: $50,000; Year 2: $76,000; Year 3: $102,000.
