Notre Dame is seeking a recruiter-focused professional in Illinois to identify and screen candidates using multiple sourcing tools, while partnering with Account Managers to target top accounts and market segments. You will build strong industry relationships to generate referrals and sales leads, and perform customer service tasks.

The role also involves volunteering with community partners and philanthropic activities.

Your Role

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $50,000 after training period with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission.
• Base salary increases to $60,000 after 1 year with continued commission and performance-based incentives.
• Projected earnings: Year 1: $55,000; Year 2: $81,000; Year 3: $107,000.
