Job summary

Stie Yai is seeking a results-oriented professional to join our recruitment and sales-oriented team in Illinois. You will identify qualified candidates, screen and interview, and partner with the Account Manager to target top accounts and market segments.

In this role, you will build industry relationships to generate referrals and sales leads, perform customer service tasks, and participate in community volunteering with partner organizations. A team-oriented mindset is essential for success.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $50,000 after training period with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission.
• Base salary increases to $60,000 after 1 year with continued commission and performance-based incentives.
• Projected earnings: Year 1: $55,000; Year 2: $81,000; Year 3: $107,000.
