Job summary

HTU is seeking a results-driven recruiter in Crystal Lake, Illinois. The role focuses on identifying qualified candidates, screening and interviewing, and collaborating with the Account Manager to target key markets and accounts.

You will build industry relationships for referrals and sales leads, perform customer service tasks, and participate in community volunteering with partner organizations.

Your Role

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $50,000 after training period with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission.
• Base salary increases to $60,000 after 1 year with continued commission and performance-based incentives.
• Projected earnings: Year 1: $55,000; Year 2: $81,000; Year 3: $107,000.
