HTU in Pittsburgh is seeking a Recruiter to identify qualified candidates through diverse recruiting and sourcing tools, screen and interview applicants, and partner with Account Managers to target top accounts, define key skill sets, and market segments.

You will build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to generate referrals and sales leads, perform customer service activities, and contribute to community volunteering initiatives with the company.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Customer or sales focused experience.

Your Role

Here's what you will be doing:

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $45,000 with unlimited earning potential through commissions after the hourly training period
• Raise to $55,000 base salary after one year with continued commission and performance-based incentives including quarterly bonuses, all-expense paid trip, and company funded investment plan

Projected Recruiter Earnings:

• Year 1: $50,000
• Year 2: $86,000
• Year 3: $112,000

Projected Sales Manager Earnings:

• Year 1: $65,000
