Total Quality Logistics is seeking a Recruiter in Akron, OH. You will own the candidate search, conduct phone screens, and partner with an on-site hiring manager to fill roles nationwide. We provide best-in-class paid training and uncapped bonuses.

Base salary starts at $45,000 with promotional raises and a clear career path; many recruiters receive promotions and pay increases within 6 months, with earnings growing through bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with candidates and hiring managers to fill roles.
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through multiple sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone screens and manage the interview process from sourcing to offer.
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in Avature ATS.
• Process onboarding paperwork with high accuracy.
