Total Quality Logistics in Erlanger, KY is hiring recruiters who will own the candidate search process and partner with an on-site hiring manager. You’ll generate high candidate flow, screen candidates, and manage the interview process end-to-end from sourcing to offer, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships and maintain strong communication with candidates, hiring managers, team members and business partners to fill positions with the best talent.
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through a variety of sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone-screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer, while ensuring candidates’ onboarding is seamless.
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in Avature.
• Process paperwork regarding onboarding and dispositioning candidates accurately.
