Total Quality Logistics in Erlanger, KY is hiring recruiters to own the candidate search process from sourcing to offer, on-site and with a strong focus on urgency and results. A best-in-class paid training program is provided, excellent for recent graduates seeking a career in recruiting.

You’ll build relationships with hiring managers, conduct phone screens, and manage onboarding in Avature. Base salary starts at $45,000 with a $2,500 sign-on bonus and uncapped bonuses, offering rapid growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
• Elite work ethic; 100% in-office.
• Ability to work with the latest technologies.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Generate high-volume candidate flow through sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone screens and manage the interview process from sourcing to offer.
• Document conversations and feedback in Avature ATS.
• Process onboarding paperwork with high accuracy.
