This paid role supports the full recruitment lifecycle and helps connect talent with growing organizations, using modern HR systems and social media strategies.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills to engage candidates and team members.
• Basic understanding of HR compliance, employment law, and labour principles.
• Familiarity with HR systems such as ATS or ADP.
• Demonstrated ability in research, lead generation, and relationship management.
• Passion for human resources, recruiting, and talent acquisition with a desire to grow.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior recruiting or sales coursework/experience is a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Source candidates through social media, HR tools, and research to build a diverse talent pipeline.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruiting partners to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
• Assist with campus recruitment efforts by engaging with students and educational institutions for entry-level talent acquisition.
• Utilize talent management software such as ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Support high volume recruitment initiatives by coordinating interviews, scheduling assessments, and managing candidate flow.
• Contribute to employer branding efforts through social media management and outreach campaigns to attract top talent.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability in research, cold calling, lead generation, and relationship management

• Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently within a fast‑paced environment
• Prior experience or coursework related to recruiting or sales is a plus but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
