You will source candidates, schedule interviews, conduct pre-screenings, and help with onboarding, with potential for hybrid work after a training period of approximately 6-9 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or related field preferred, not required.
• Previous recruiting, customer service or people-focused experience is a plus.
• US citizen or Permanent Resident; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Coordinate and schedule virtual and in-person interviews.
• Pre-screen candidates and conduct reference checks.
• Prepare and send offer letters and coordinate the offer process.
• Post and manage job openings through ATS and job boards.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information in ATS.
• Support onboarding with new hire paperwork and pre-employment requirements.
• Learn about engineering, environmental, surveying, construction positions.
• Stay current on recruiting trends and best practices.
