Job summary

Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) in Towson, Maryland, is seeking an experienced Civil Project Engineer to join our Land Division.

You will lead land development design, grading, drainage, and utility design, coordinating with clients and agencies throughout all project phases. The successful candidate will manage multiple projects, mentor staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver accurate construction documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required; PE license preferred but not required.
• 5–15 years of relevant experience in land development and civil design.
• Experience with Maryland market areas is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and project management of land development projects including site layout, grading, drainage, and utility design.
• Prepare and review civil engineering plans in compliance with regulations.
• Mentor engineering staff to ensure timely delivery of plans and deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, agencies throughout all project phases.
