Be the next FACE of MRA. The Management Association is seeking an experienced Recruiting Business Partner to join our team. You’ll work with member organizations across industries, delivering full-cycle recruiting as a trusted advisor with flexible, project-based assignments.

This on-demand role requires you to manage multiple assignments, adapt quickly, and partner with hiring managers to define roles and sourcing strategies while staying compliant with employment laws.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting or HR experience.
• Consultative approach with strong relationship-building.
• Ability to manage multiple searches across clients/industries.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, social media.
• Experience with ATS and HRIS systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Independent and adaptable to shifting priorities.
• Knowledge of EEOC and employment law compliance.
• Degree or HR/recruiting certifications are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with member companies to define roles and hiring strategies.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social networks.
• Screen and interview candidates using behavioral techniques.
• Translate job descriptions into postings and interview tools.
• Research market compensation data and advise hiring managers.
• Track recruiting activity with clear status reports and metrics.
• Stay current on recruiting best practices, employment law, and EEOC compliance.
• Identify opportunities to connect members with additional MRA services.
