Job summary

Total Quality Logistics in Charleston, SC is seeking an on-site Recruiter to own the candidate search process and partner with a dedicated hiring manager. You’ll source, screen, and guide candidates from offer through onboarding in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

No experience required as TQL provides best-in-class paid training for recent graduates, with uncapped bonuses and rapid earning growth.

What you’ll do:

• Cultivate relationships and maintain strong communication with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with the best talent
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through a variety of sourcing methodsConduct phone-screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer, while ensuring candidates’ initial onboarding experience is seamless
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in our Applicant Tracking System (Avature)
• Process paperwork regarding onboarding and dispositioning candidates with a high level of accuracy
