Total Quality Logistics in Ohio is seeking an in‑office Recruiter to own end‑to‑end candidate search and onboarding, supported by our on‑site hiring manager. The role emphasizes urgency, results, and a best‑in‑class paid training program for recent graduates.

Expect a base salary with uncapped bonuses and clear promotional paths. You’ll build relationships, source high volumes of candidates, and guide candidates from initial contact through to offer in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone-screens and manage the interview process from sourcing to offer, ensuring smooth onboarding.
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers, and feedback in Avature.
• Process onboarding and dispositioning paperwork with high accuracy.

What you’ll do:

• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through a variety of sourcing methods
• Conduct phone‑screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer, while ensuring candidates’ initial onboarding experience is seamless
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in our Applicant Tracking System (Avature)
• Process paperwork regarding onboarding and dispositioning candidates with a high level of accuracy
