Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is seeking motivated recruiters to join our in-office Irving, Texas team. You’ll manage the full lifecycle of the candidate search, from sourcing to interviewing and onboarding, collaborating with hiring managers to fill roles with top talent.

No experience is required; we provide a best-in-class paid training program to set you up for success. The on-site role offers a clear career path, with uncapped bonuses and opportunities for promotion.

• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in Avature
• Process onboarding paperwork with high accuracy

What you’ll do:

• Cultivate relationships and maintain strong communication with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with the best talent
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through a variety of sourcing methods
• Conduct phone-screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer, while ensuring candidates’ initial onboarding experience is seamless
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in our Applicant Tracking System (Avature)
• Process paperwork regarding onboarding and dispositioning candidates with a high level of accuracy
