Total Quality Logistics in Charleston, SC is hiring a Recruiter who will own the candidate search process from sourcing to offer, work closely with an on-site hiring manager, and thrive in a metrics-driven environment. No experience required as a best-in-class paid training program is provided to set you up for success.

Base salary starts at $45,000 with a $2,500 sign-on bonus and uncapped bonuses. Many recruiters see promotions and pay increases within six months, supported by structured career

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with candidates and hiring managers to fill positions with top talent.
• Generate high candidate flow through various sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone screens and manage the full interview process from sourcing to offer.
• Document conversations, progress, offers and feedback in Avature ATS.
• Process onboarding paperwork with high accuracy.

What you'll do:

• Cultivate relationships and maintain strong communication with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with the best talent
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through a variety of sourcing methods
• Conduct phone-screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer, while ensuring candidates’ initial onboarding experience is seamless
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in our Applicant Tracking System (Avature)
• Process paperwork regarding onboarding and dispositioning candidates with a high level of accuracy
