Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is seeking an in-office Recruiter to own the candidate search process nationwide and collaborate with a dedicated on-site hiring manager. You will drive candidate flow, conduct screens, and guide the full interview-to-offer cycle while leveraging Avature ATS.

With a base salary starting at $45,000 and uncapped bonuses, TQL offers structured career paths, promotions after six months, and access to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• In-office role requiring strong work ethic and drive.
• Ability to source and manage candidate relationships at scale.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment metrics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and partners to fill roles with top talent.
• Generate high candidate flow through diverse sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone screens and manage interview process end-to-end, including onboarding.
• Document conversations, progress, offers and feedback in Avature ATS.
• Process onboarding paperwork with high accuracy.

What you'll do:

• Cultivate relationships and maintain strong communication with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with the best talent
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through a variety of sourcing methods
• Conduct phone-screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer, while ensuring candidates' initial onboarding experience is seamless
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in our Applicant Tracking System (Avature)
• Process paperwork regarding onboarding and dispositioning candidates with a high level of accuracy
