Total Quality Logistics in Tampa, FL is hiring a Recruiter to own the candidate search and manage the end-to-end interview process. You will work on-site with our hiring manager, drive candidate flow through multiple sourcing methods, and handle screening, interviewing, and onboarding with precision.

• Conduct phone-screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer, while ensuring onboarding remains seamless
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in Avature
• Process onboarding paperwork and dispositioning candidates with high accuracy

What you’ll do:

• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in our Applicant Tracking System (Avature)
• Process paperwork regarding onboarding and dispositioning candidates with a high level of accuracy

What you need:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
