Role: Entry Level Recruitment Consultant

Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 + commission (OTE $80-100K year 1)

• Hot desk with multiple vacancies from day 1
• Mapping the market and staying updated on trends to advise clients and candidates
• Resourcing, vetting, interviewing, and building relationships with high-caliber candidates and clients
• Attending client meetings
• Taking job briefs
• Shadowing colleagues and collaborating with Account Managers
• Working closely with management to ensure success
