Role: Entry Level Recruitment Consultant

Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 + commission (OTE $80-100K year 1)

Location: New York, Mid-Town

• Natural sales ability
• At least 1 year of work experience within retail, sales, or legal sectors
• Track record of personal success or competitiveness
• Confidence to work in a sales/target-driven environment
• Comfortable in face-to-face meetings
• Demonstrates a natural hunger and drive to succeed
• Committed to a career in recruitment
• Comfortable working in a small boutique NYC office

The Role:

• Hot desk with many recruitment vacancies from day 1
• Mapping the market and staying updated with trends to provide consultative advice to clients and candidates
• Resourcing candidates, vetting, interviewing, and building relationships with high-caliber candidates and clients
• Attending client meetings
• Taking job briefs
• Shadowing colleagues and working closely with Account Managers
• Collaborating with management to ensure success
