Job description

Knife Drop Studios, the production company behind chef and social media star Nick DiGiovanni, is seeking a part-time Recruiter to assist with hiring and onboarding. This is a contracted remote role.

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a strategic, resourceful, and detail-oriented Recruiter to support hiring efforts across the Nick’s Kitchen brand and associated teams. Your role will be essential in identifying top-tier talent, streamlining recruitment processes, and helping scale a fast-growing digital media company built around one of the world’s top food creators.

You have a background in recruiting for creative, production, or digital media roles, are highly organized, and have a strong eye for talent. Bonus: you’re passionate about food, content, and the creator economy!

Who You’ll Work With

As a Recruiter, you’ll collaborate closely with company leadership to define hiring needs, source candidates, and manage end-to-end recruiting across both full-time and freelance roles.

What You’ll Bring to the Team
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in media, entertainment, or creative industries
  • A strong ability to source, vet, and engage high-performing talent across creative, technical, and operational roles
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills for managing multiple hiring pipelines at once
  • Experience drafting compelling job descriptions that reflect the brand’s voice and attract the right candidates
  • A sharp eye for standout LinkedIn profiles, portfolios, and social presence across digital platforms
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), candidate outreach, and interview coordination
  • A proactive mindset and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Passion for people, storytelling, and building standout teams
