Responsibilities

• Assist with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, university platforms, and recruiting tools.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support university recruiting initiatives, including career fairs and campus events.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting reports.
• Assist with job postings, candidate outreach, and employer branding initiatives.
• Support reference checks, background checks, and onboarding documentation.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.

Position Overview

Freight Flex is seeking a motivated, organized, and people-oriented Entry-Level Recruiter to support our growing team. This individual will assist with full-cycle recruiting for sales, brokerage while helping build talent pipelines through candidate sourcing, university partnerships, and recruiting events. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates through the hiring process.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, university platforms, and other recruiting tools.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Support university recruiting initiatives, including career fairs, campus events, internship programs, and relationships with college career centers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, applicant tracking systems, and recruiting reports.
• Assist with job postings, candidate outreach, and employer branding initiatives.
• Support reference checks, background checks, onboarding documentation, and other pre-employment requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Help identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and talent pipeline development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Recent graduates and candidates with limited professional experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable communicating with candidates, hiring managers, and university representatives.
