Real Estate Agent - No Experience Required, High Commission Split

Ready to put your real estate license to work and start building an actual business?

We’re looking for motivated individuals who want the training, coaching, and structure to develop into productive real estate agents. You don’t need years of sales experience, but you do need to be willing to learn, communicate with people, and consistently work toward building your business.

You’ll receive hand-on guidance from experienced agents who are actively working in today’s market. You’ll learn how to generate new opportunities, connect with potential buyers and sellers, follow up with prospects, book appointments, manage your pipeline, and guide clients through the transaction process.

Our systems are designed to give you a clear understanding of what activities to focus on each day instead of leaving you to figure everything out on your own.

You’ll also receive a high commission split, allowing you to keep more of what you earn as your production increases.

Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available, giving you flexibility as you develop your real estate business.

We’re looking for someone who is coachable, self-motivated, comfortable talking with people, and serious about creating a long-term career in real estate.

Candidates must already have an active real estate license or be close to completing the licensing process.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $150,000+

High commission split. Flexible schedule. Part-time and full-time opportunities available. Training and coaching provided.

Compensation: $102,400 - $192,500 yearly
